About ProSearch
An AI research assistant for students and academics worldwide — working fully in both English and Arabic — for source-grounded literature reviews, research gaps, summaries, and references, faster and more reliably.
Why we built it
Two problems pushed us to build ProSearch. First, general AI chatbots are confident but unreliable for academic work — they invent citations that look real, which can sink a paper. Second, most serious research tools work well in only one language. ProSearch answers both: it works only from real, retrieved sources, and it is fully bilingual — treating English and Arabic as equal, first-class languages.
Who it's for
Master's and PhD students, university researchers, and academics — anyone who needs to review literature, find a research gap, or produce cited academic writing in Arabic, English, or both.
How source-grounding works
ProSearch first searches academic databases and retrieves real sources into your library. When it writes, it draws from those sources and attaches a [Ref N] marker to each claim — and an automatic audit removes factual claims a source does not actually support. You can click any citation to read the exact passage behind it. This is designed to reduce hallucinations and to make verification easy; in our own testing, about 95 of every 100 cited facts matched their source. It is a tool for verification, not a replacement for it.
